Security Measures

We use appropriate security measures to protect against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, use or modification of personal information. Such measures will vary depending on the sensitivity, amount, format, nature and storage of the personal information and will involve, as applicable, physical, organizational and electronic security measures, including premises security, restricted file access, technological safeguards, including security software and firewalls to prevent unauthorized computer access, and password and security policies. Please READ carefully, as this pertains to the Agreement of your registration with any of the products sold by Julia Kwinter (sometimes referred to as “she”, “we”, "the School", “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing our products, you (sometimes referred to as "Student") agree to the following terms stated.

Legal Disclaimer

By visiting this School’s websites, you have not retained Julia Kwinter to give legal, financial or other professional advice, and the information on the School’s websites should not be considered a substitute for professional advice. The information on the School’s websites should not be relied upon for purposes of transacting in securities or other investments.

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our programs and the educational value they provide. However, there is no guarantee that you will generate any profit using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Any valuation or profitability stated on the School’s websites has been my personal experience. You may or may not be able to duplicate them or get any results from the knowledge stated on the School’s websites. You should not rely on any valuation, revenue, sales, or earnings information we present as any kind of promise, guarantee, or expectation of any level of success, profitability or earnings. Your results will be determined by a number of factors over which we have no control, such as your financial situation, the time you invest in our materials, your prior knowledge, education and experience, your skillset and ability to apply what you've learned, your level of effort, your particular business and the market conditions surrounding it. Given these unique variables for each individual and business situation, we cannot guarantee any specific level of success or income. Do not rely on our results or those of any testimonials as an indication of what you can expect.

We make no guarantees that you will achieve results similar to ours (or anyone else’s). In fact, we make no guarantees that you will achieve any results at all from the ideas and techniques contained on this website or in our products.

To the extent that we included any case studies or testimonials on this website, you should assume that these stories do not in any way represent the " average" or "typical" student experience.

Valuing and transacting a business carries risks, and your use of any information contained on the School’s websites is at your own risk. We provide content without any express or implied warranties of any kind. By continuing to use our School’s websites and access our content, you agree that we are not responsible for any decision you may make regarding any information presented or as a result of purchasing any of our products or services.

As with any product or service, some people will purchase our offers but never use them at all, and therefore will get no results whatsoever. For that reason, it is reasonable for you to assume that you will obtain no results from what we offer you on this website.

If you purchase a program from us, you also acknowledge that you have represented to us that payment for the applicable products or services will not place a significant financial burden on you or your family.

Keep in mind that regardless of this Legal Disclaimer, you can still take advantage of our return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. In such instances, you can return the product for a refund according to the terms and timelines indicated in our refund policy described below.

YOU FULLY AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SUCCESS OR FAILURE AND MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER THAT OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FOR YOU.

We assume no liability for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages of any kind, whether brought in contract or tort, arising out of or in connection with the School’s websites, the inability to use these websites or the use, reliance upon, or performance of any material contained in or accessed from the School’s websites, or any linked website, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of any information on the School’s websites.

We make no warranties as to the accuracy, validity, timeliness or completeness of any information on the School’s websites or any website that can be accessed through the School’s websites. The materials appearing on the School’s websites may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Information on the School’s websites may be changed or updated at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Financial Obligation

Student is responsible for the completion of all payment plans associated with the products they purchase. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.

Methods of Payment

We accept payment through Stripe. If Student chooses to pay in monthly installments, he/she authorizes the monthly charge for the product on the Student's credit card.

Refunds

With the exception of Coaching Calls (see below), you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase by contacting our support team at admin [ at] exitstrategyformula [dot] com and definitively requesting the full refund. We will NOT provide refunds after 30 days from the date of original purchase. On the 31st day, all payments are non-refundable, and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the product, regardless of whether of not you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid via our Collection Agency.

For Students who have participated in a Coaching Call, we do NOT offer refunds because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back.

Please note:

All refunds are discretionary as determined by us. If you have any questions, contact us at admin [ at] exitstrategyformula [dot] com

As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the Training Material (PDFs, audios, videos, additional workbooks, and/or etc.), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request. Why? Because the point of the policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn't work, they can get their money back. It wasn't designed to enable people to steal the Training Material.

Confidentiality

We respect Students' privacy and insist that Students respect ours as well. Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure Agreement. Any confidential information shared by Students or the School's representatives is confidential, proprietary, and and belongs solely and exclusively to the Student or representative who discloses it. Parties agree not to disclose, reveal, or make use of any confidential information or any transactions during discussions, in the forum or otherwise.

Student agrees not to use such confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with other Students, or Julia, during the program. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party.

Both Parties will keep private information in strictest confidence and shall use their best efforts to safeguard the confidential information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss, and theft.

Student agrees not to violate the Publicity or Privacy Rights belonging to the School. Furthermore, Student will NOT reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement or our direct or indirect dealings with Client, including but not limited to, names, email addresses, third-party company titles or positions, phone numbers, or postal addresses. Additionally, Student will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party.

By purchasing our products, you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this Agreement, the School and/or the other program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

Termination

We are committed to providing all Students in our paid programs with a positive program experience. By purchasing this product, Student agrees that the School may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate Student's participation in the program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Student becomes disruptive to the School or other participants, Student fails to follow the program guidelines, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of the other participants in the program or upon violation of the terms as determined by the School. Student will still be liable to pay the total contract amount.
